Six Senses Vana (India) - Women's Wellness Retreats

A new, dynamic Women’s Wellness Program has been launched by Six Senses Vana, the brand’s only dedicated wellness retreat located in the Himalayan foothills of northern India.  Developed by the property’s team of doctors and wellness professionals, each high-personalized retreat is designed to optimize health and wellbeing during transformative phases in many women’s lives. The Embrace Your Cycle Retreat focuses on alleviating hormone imbalances often experienced by women in their 20s and 30s. Tapping into Ayurveda’s ancient wisdom, the Ayurvedic Pre Natal Care Retreat helps women physically and mentally prepare for childbirth, while the Ayurvedic Post Natal Care Retreat focuses on post-pregnancy healing and recovery. The Mindful Menopause Journey is an empowering retreat celebrating this transitional chapter and addressing ways to alleviate physical discomforts and emotional challenges women may encounter. 

Six Senses Kyoto – Opening April 23, 2024

Opening in the heart of Kyoto near the Gion district, Six Senses’ first property in Japan faces the Myoho-in temple and Tokyokuni-Jinja shrine. Biophilic in design, the 81 guest rooms are appointed in authentic Japanese style and surround a central garden courtyard that showcases seasonal landscapes. The Spa will artfully blend traditional healing practices and Japanese Zen with Six Senses’ innovative wellness experiences focused on Zen culture, traditional Japanese tea ceremonies and signature ritual treatments. Curated sushi dining experiences and immersive children’s programming focused on Japanese customs and traditions will also be offered.

Located on the spice island of Grenada, Six Senses’ first Caribbean resort is designed in the style of a traditional fishing village with rooms, suites and residences overlooking a picturesque lagoon. In line with the brand’s commitment to sustainability, the resort will operate on a self-sufficient and plastic-free basis, growing much of its own food on-site and serving local, responsibly sourced seafood.

Part of The Red Sea Project that spans 10,800 square miles on Saudi Arabia’s west coast, this resort is inspired by the historic incense trade route and the area’s desert plains and Hijaz Mountains. With 76 accomodations including guest rooms and clusters of one to four bedroom villas, the heart of Six Senses Southern Dunes is the Oasis where cultural, musical, Earth Lab activities, a boutique, meeting spaces, restaurants and bars are brought together under one roof. Spa offerings include a Holistic Anti-Aging Center, sensory suite, outdoor treatment cabanas, a relaxation area and pool bar.

Six Senses South Carolina Islands – Opening 2026

An eco-conscious resort, spa, and residential community will soon be coming to a beautiful stretch of the South Carolina shores, including Hilton Head Island, Daufuskie Island, and Bay Point Island. Opening in 2026 and spanning multiple coastal locations, Six Senses South Carolina Islands will be conveniently located just a short distance from the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. The hotel management agreement was recently signed by Timothy Pitcher, President of Whitestone, along with partner Redrock Portfolio, Inc., and Six Senses Chief Executive Officer Neil Jacobs and Chief Development Officer Omar Romero, marking the next chapter in a working partnership extending several years.
